These terms and conditions apply to Whidbey Island Center for the Arts (WICA) whether in person at 565 Camano Avenue in Langley, by phone communications, or through our websites at wicaonline.org, djangofestnw.org, whidbeyislandfilmfestival.org, and our ticketing platform. WICA provides services to you subject to the conditions of our Privacy Policy and our Ticketing Policy. If you visit us, purchase, or donate—either in person, via our website or ticketing platform, or over the phone—you accept the conditions as laid out in our Privacy Policy and our Ticketing Policy.
